1. Reminder = Rule reminder (verbal warning)

4. 1 x detention in a day = Same day 30 minute detention
5. More than 1 x detention in a day = Same day 60 minute detention

What is carrot rewards?

At Leesbrook, we use Carrot Rewards to recognise and celebrate positive behaviour, effort, and achievement. This system allows students to see their achievement points in real time and spend them on exciting rewards.

How it works:

• Earning points: Students can earn points in every lesson for excellent effort, progress, behaviour, and contribution.
• Tracking points: Points appear instantly in a student’s Carrot Rewards account, which they can view online or through the MyStickers app.

• Spending points: Points can be exchanged for prizes, rewards, and experiences organised by the Academy.

What parents need to know:

• All students have a Carrot Rewards login, which is written in their planner.

• Parents can encourage their child to check their account regularly to see their progress and rewards.

• Achievement points are awarded fairly and consistently:

  • Most students will have the opportunity to earn at least one point per lesson.

  • Some students may earn additional points for exceptional effort or contribution.

  • A special “Leesbrook Legend” point is given in recognition of outstanding behaviour or achievement.
