All Year 7 students will start on Monday 6th September 2021. The doors will open to students each day at 7.45am. Students are welcome to join us for FREE breakfast every single day.
Students will begin their school day at 8.15am until 2.30pm (Mondays / Fridays) and until 3.00pm (Tuesdays / Wednesdays / Thursdays). If students are not in school on time, they will be issued with a same day 30-minute detention. Cultural Enrichment clubs will be offered daily and students are to attend at least 2 clubs per week. This their end time on the days they attend a club will be one hour after the end of the school day.
If you plan to drive your child to school, please note that Roxbury Avenue is a very narrow, residential street therefore, we want to minimise any travel through this road. If it is imperative that you drive, please use the traffic management system which requires you to drive into the school site, drop off in a designated parking bay and drive out. Please DO NOT stop on Roxbury Avenue. This is a no stopping zone and there are traffic cameras in operation on the street that will fine anyone stopping on the road or the surrounding roads. Please access the street to get into the school through Breeze Hill Road. We are a community school and value the community that our school is located within. Please avoid causing any distress to residents by respecting and observing the dropping off procedures. If your child will travel by bus, you can find bus routes here.

You child will be provided with a FREE hot lunch every day for the first week (Monday 6th - Friday 10th September) to allow time for parents / carers to set up their ParentPay accounts (your child will be issued with your ParentPay login details within the first week). You can find our menus here. Alternatively, you may provide your child with a packed lunch. Water is the only drink that students will be allowed to drink in the academy, so please provide them with a bottle of water. There are water fountains throughout the academy allowing them to top up throughout the day.
