Yesterday, we were proud to host our second annual Iftar at Oasis Academy Leesbrook, welcoming more than 300 students, families, staff and members of the wider community for a special evening together.
Our Iftar provided a meaningful opportunity for our community to come together during Ramadan to reflect, share in the spirit of the holy month and break the fast together. During the evening, we heard inspiring words from our guests and were delighted to hear a beautiful Qur'an recitation from our Year 11 student, Abdul.
Events like this are incredibly important in bringing together people of different faiths and backgrounds. They help strengthen the relationships that make our community so special and reflect our commitment to celebrating the diversity of the families we serve.
We would also like to thank Nasim Ashraf from UKEF and Al Karimiya Mosque for their generous support, which helped make the evening possible.
It was wonderful to see so many members of our community come together, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who supported and attended this special event.
